All TRUODA pre-orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If your watch arrives with a verified defect, contact us at hello@truoda.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Pre-order deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced. Prices are shown in USD for convenience; orders are settled in EUR at the rate confirmed at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by state. TRUODA is not liable for customs delays.
US and Canada orders ship fully tracked with free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after production is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Any return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Import duties and taxes may apply upon entry and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
