You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@truoda.com before the deadline. We will refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The item must be returned unworn and in its original box.
Exception: VIP orders where you personally selected your serial number are considered personalised goods and are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Pre-order deposits are fully refundable before production begins. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
EU orders ship fully tracked with free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Return shipping, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, is at the buyer's expense.
