These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TRUODA website (truoda.com) and your participation in the TRUODA Early Bird reservation programme. By submitting your details, you agree to these terms.

Early Bird reservation

By signing up on our website, you are registering your interest in a TRUODA product. This is a free reservation — not a purchase, not a binding contract, and no payment is taken at this stage.

• Your spot is held on a first-come, first-served basis within the 500-piece Early Bird limit.
• We will contact you by email when the edition you selected is ready to order.
• At that point, you may choose to purchase or to decline — there is no obligation.
• If you do not respond within 14 days of the purchase invitation, your spot may be released.

No payment obligation

No credit card, payment details, or deposit are required to join the Early Bird list. You will only be asked to pay when the product is ready to ship and you actively choose to complete a purchase.

Limited editions

TRUODA products are produced in strictly limited quantities. We reserve the right to adjust edition specifications (materials, colourways, accessories) before the final production run. Any material changes will be communicated to reservation holders before payment is requested.

Cancellations and returns

Because no payment is taken at reservation stage, there is nothing to cancel. Once payment opens and an order is placed:

• You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
• After dispatch, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard editions, subject to the item being unused and in original condition.
• The Imperator (one-of-one) edition is bespoke and made to order. It cannot be returned. If you have concerns or questions about your Imperator piece, please contact us at hello@truoda.com and we will discuss your situation personally.

Shipping

TRUODA offers free worldwide shipping on every order, fully tracked, to the EU, UK, United States, and Canada. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed when payment opens. Returns, where permitted, are at the buyer's expense. Import duties or taxes applicable to your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Intellectual property

All content on truoda.com — including images, copy, design, and the TRUODA name — is the property of TRUODA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

TRUODA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delays in production or delivery beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at truoda.com/terms.html. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
