Placing an order or reservation through this site is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed. Early-access reservations may require full or partial payment upfront; where a deposit is taken, the remaining balance is charged before your piece ships, as described at the point of reservation.
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices for future orders at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout or by email and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel for a full refund by emailing hello@truoda.com. Once shipped, our return policy follows the Privacy & Returns information sent with your order confirmation, and applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
Certain finishes are produced in limited quantities. Once a run is sold out, that specific finish may not be available again, or may return in a future production batch at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truoda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, beyond the price paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
