When you reserve or order a piece, sign up for early access, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics for the purpose of operating the site.

3. Why we collect it

To process and fulfil your order or reservation.
To send order-related emails, and — if you opt in — marketing emails such as early-access offers.
To improve the website and understand how it is used.

4. Email marketing

If you sign up for early access or a discount code, your email address is stored in our mailing list platform (Brevo) so we can send you the relevant offer and future updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

5. Payment data

Payments are processed by Mollie. We do not store your card or payment details on our own servers — see Mollie's own privacy policy for how they handle payment information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@truoda.com.

7. Data retention

We keep order data for as long as necessary for accounting, warranty, and legal obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
