• Name and email address — when you sign up on our website
• Edition preference — which watch edition you selected
• Sign-up date — when you joined the list

We do not collect payment information, browsing history, or any sensitive personal data.

Why we collect it

We use your name and email address solely to notify you when the TRUODA first edition is ready to order. We will send you one email at that point. We will not send newsletters, promotions, or third-party offers.

Legal basis (EU & UK GDPR)

We process your data based on your consent, given when you submitted the sign-up form. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), our email platform, which is GDPR-compliant and based in the EU. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until 12 months after the first TRUODA edition launches — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU and UK) you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to be removed from the list immediately.
