Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@truoda.com within that period. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging; return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.
UK orders are priced to reflect applicable UK VAT where required. Any customs or import charges arising from shipping outside the EU/UK are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
