You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order for any reason. Notify us at hello@truoda.com within this period. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty. The item must be returned unworn and in its original box.
Exception: VIP orders with a personally chosen serial number are considered made-to-order and are exempt under Regulation 28(1)(b). Pre-order deposits are fully refundable before production begins. All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
UK orders ship fully tracked with free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Any return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Please note: TRUODA is based in Switzerland. Your order may be subject to UK customs clearance — we will handle this where possible.
