If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, email hello@truoda.com within that period. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging; return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Prices shown to EU customers include applicable VAT where required by law, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
